Opening Support Ticket on Discord

Follow the steps below to open a support ticket:

1. Open Bluejay Finance Discord server: https://discord.gg/4DMsg555KT

2. From the left side bar, scroll down to “support-tickets” group under the “Technicals” channel.

3. When you open the “support-tickets” group, you should see the following page.

4. Click on “Create ticket” and you will see a message indicating that your ticket was created.

5. Scroll up on the left sidebar and you should see a channel open for your ticket. Use this to communicate your issues to the team.

6. Once your issues have been clarified, click on “Close Ticket”.
